That was an interesting shot of the bottle and the darts. We could see why hubby would think it was composed, lol. You can’t beat buffalo wings, yummy. We like them so much we have our cardiologist on speed dial. As for the “accidental” shot, I recall seeing something similar when they administered the Rorschach test on me, lol, lol.

well I have to tell you that your comment had me rolling a bit – thanks for the really great laugh – the doc on speed dial – bah.
and the test – doubly funny.
and my hubs was joking yesterday and said “I wonder what it would be like if someone ate wings every day” – like how would it impact them internally and externally…..

Pizza and wings. What a combo. It’s not a combo that we too much of that combo here in Oz. It is usually one of the other. When it comes to yummy fast food and eating, the States win 😊 More pizza and wings, more food, more conversation 😊

Hi M – well this area is specifically noted for “pizza and wings” and when i was calling – it was in a large suv and I could barely hear the guy as he rattled off combo options – I finally said, “I’ll take that option” – half knowing what it was – tired and drained – and well – it turned out to be perfect.
and we might beat you with pizza – but heard your beef and certain grilling items are top notch – and looking forward to trying “Vegemite” sometime????

The more I look at your pizza and wings, the more I want them. We do have Korean spicy wings here in Australia, but I don’t think they are a match for good old and tasty Western fast food.
Lol, your instincts are on point even when you are tired 🙂 Ahhh…Vegemite. I am not a fan of it and let’s leave it at that 😀 We do have very lovely wagyu beef and seafood too. Very fine and delectable summer foods.

the summer foods sound very good. and actually, so do the Korean spicy wings. There were chicken wings out at various times throughout the week – but this delivery from Wise Guys pizza was the best – the aroma from that box was “classic” Buffalo sauce smell (which I think is Frank’s red Hot) – as opposed to BBQ wings or different sauces at places like Doc Sullivan’s… so the “classic” wings were the perfect thing to wind down the trip….

Ah, Buffalo sauce1 Something I’ve heard a lot about but never have come across. Another reason to do a trip there. And also to try Frank’s hot sauce. In Australia we do have BBQ sauce but a lot of it is on the sweet side and not my kind of sauce…

I do not like sweet sauces – and I have never been a fan of any BBQ sauce.
and mabel – it was so weird smelling the aroma from the box – the first whiff was truly a flashback.

I have heard that yellow mustard is absolutely amazing in the States. Thick, creamy and a bit of zing. And goes well with cheeseburgers 😀 Quite the opposite of BBQ sauces.

yes – and wow – there are so many mustards here – sriracha is a popular one – and some with horseradish….
and I did not get to take a photo – but in Buffalo they have these hotdogs called “texas hots” with the nick name of slime dogs – and they have mustard – meat sauce and all these trimmings… I have an old photo I can show you later – they are a very unique food.

The foods look good 🙂
Shadows sometimes are interesting to look at. I recently observed shadows of a ping pong ball. There were four of them stood out from 4 direction from a single ball. I was fascinated by it.

well you tease us by telling about the ping pong ball and not grabbing some photos of it (hint hint)

I was one of the players and did not even think about taking the picture of it 🙂

well maybe next time…. and ping pong sounds fun right now…have you been playing for a long while?

I have not been playing for a long time. I used to play, oh many decades ago and when I was young. I play again lately with colleagues as fun exercise and take a break from work 🙂

well thanks for sharing – and no pressure – but I will be waiting for a ping pong ball photo

Sometimes those accident photos are the most interesting. I like it! The delivery man looks like a good guy

thanks Lisa – and he was a nice guy – they were all very cool – and Buffalo is noted for the “good people” which I find mostly to be true – not always…. but mostly.

What an interesting post Y! Each is so unique and tells a different story. The figurine is a favorite and I was hoping you would post it in the challenge. And the shadow with layers, i would have never seen it had you not pointed it out. The pizza guy is cool and the tree in the background is cooler! Famished— off for some breakfast, will see your art post later 🙂 Have a great day

well thanks for the feedback, DawD. And I had that figurine shadow shot from last week and so this was rather a hodge podge post….
and at one point on our trip – I actually told someone a quick version of your flash fiction piece about dreaming and the Buffalo flew away – omg – so good
