Sunday Photos (colors, tree, cheerful…)

Hello Blog readers. I hope everyone is having a nice weekend. I find it hard to grasp that the month is almost half gone – the days are moving way too fast.

Anyhow, today I am joining in with JNW’s Color Your World challenge.

Ready?

Inch Worm Green (also linked to Becca’s Sunday Trees #3)
Robin Egg Blue and Fuzzy Wuzzy Brown

Yellow Orange

Pink Flamingo
Wild Blue Yonder and Timberwolf

And lastly, Deb’s word for #One Word Sunday (here) is cheerful (here) and so I am sharing an image of this uplifting sign I saw in my step-daughter’s office:

That is all for today.

Hope you have a wonderful Sunday.

🙂

    1. yeah – and you did say 109 posts – and that likely did not include the fresh post you will stumble on along the way – making the number double – lol

      1. Well I won’t read them all, but I bet I read 80 or more last night and today. I am done. Nothing else shall be read until Monday — but then, there are books, so that’s not really true! lol

        1. ahhhh – got it – and it is nice to hear how people tackle their visits and whatnot.
and I do not have a system yet – but
sometimes I get online and go right to the feeder and love to see who I catch with a fresh post – that keeps it fun. but I think I need a system
anyhow, hope you have a good day and enjoy your book when you get to it

        2. I can’t handle the WP Reader. I can’t. I need to be able to walk away and come back. And I want to linger over certain posts, savor… whereas others I know will be short and sweet. You do need a system, cause it’s the overwhelm!
          Thank you, you too 🙂

        3. yeah – I can only take the reader “so much” because there are suggestions and then it does get to be too much – and i am still working on a system
and by the way – hope you have a great rest of your night and enjoyed catching up today!

  1. I love all the colors represented here. When I did a post with the theme “pink,” I found out that salmon is in the pink family… I wouldn’t have thought of it. 🙂

        1. My daughter and her hubby didn’t want to know in advance the gender of their baby, so they got all neutral colors of baby clothes. As soon as the baby arrived, they visitors all came with “pink.”

  2. Excellent choices all! I can’t pick a favorite. Is that hot chocolate in that pretty robin’s egg blue cup? I love that sign. It made me think of my faith’s 13th Article of Faith: 13 We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men; indeed, we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul—We believe all things, we hope all things, we have endured many things, and hope to be able to endure all things. If there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things.
    Hope you’re enjoying your Sunday! 😀 ❤

    1. thanks for sharing that snippet from your faith – it is beautiful.
and the cup is holding coffee with almond milk and cocoa powder.
I blend the cocoa powder and unsweetened almond milk in the blender and it almost froths it – and then add it to the coffee and it is the best home coffee I have ever had – well for a mocha that is.
      and all natural….

    1. Hey amy – not sure where my original reply “went”
but thanks for chiming in – and I feel like this last week is slowing a bit and a better pace – but the first part FLEW by….

  3. Yvette, what a brilliant post and I loved watching the colour changes…the Robin Blue egg and hot chocolate (?) look delightful and there is something organic about tree trunk and its rings of time passed. I love the sign – wonderful!! (BTW. my paperback is all done and just waiting now for Amazon to put it on, they said 3-5 days!)
