FLOWERS ON FRIDAY (Free Download of Lady by the River April 12th, 13th, & 14th)

Happy Friday.

Wasn’t sure if I was going to do a flashback Friday post, a Friday-food post – or something else ??

Then….

I was in the reader and it was flower heaven.

Seriously – flower posts seemed to eat up my feed. And it was floral delight.  Maybe I needed it even more so with all the car talk, book talk, and river thoughts this week.

So flowers it is for today.

 In the Pink Challenge

Nancy Merrill’s Fire

Thanks to Aletta, BushBoy, Paul M, Jude, Cee, and Su for their REFRESHING warm-colored flower posts today.

And this last one is for fun….

What do you think?

  1. What a joyous, colourful burst of spring for the start of the weekend! Fabulous photos, and I love the hand made one – that’ll last even through the colder months. Lovely. Thanks for sharing, Yvette. 🙂

    1. Hi alli – that homemade flower was on a table near the pool in the frigid freeze of winter and it made me smile – how someone put it there – so thanks for mentioning it.

  2. (EN) Beautiful flowers Y. I’m reading here and there your book…as you know I’m not an avid reader and english not my mother tongue. But I can say for sure that is very various and sometimes artsy. Thanks for sharing 😊

    1. Well dan – I actually had you on the list to ask you to read the book in a preview last January ! Twice I had it ready to go (when I sent it to Amanda and Joey) I was having issues sending it! But I know you have previewed books books before – anyhow – Just wanted you to know that and hope you get a chance to check it out –
My favorite part of feedback is how everyone likes something different –

  4. Great posts! Delirious? – in the 90ties that was daily staple for my teens:) And now I also know from which river the Lady is! Thanks for your latest fun comments, Yvette. Haven’t been on my blog much for the last weeks, except for posting my All Seasons and weekly blogs, because days were taken by taking Hubs to the hospital. Finally had surgery this last Monday, and will have a month of follow-up, but mid May I hope to return to “normal” with blogging.

    1. oh sorry about the hubs = and it seems like (for me) the breaks that are forced on me are the best blog breaks – I come back with a sense of freshness and so keep that in mind as your flow has been derailed. It could end up being just what you needed.

and glad to connect via comment chat – I also enjoyed – and plan to write about yoga later this month in May and so I might refer to what you said – but I also have a few other “yoga talk” points on my mind.
