The Lens-Artists Photo Challenge this week is Silhouettes (here)
Here are my photos for this theme:
Heron: Chesterfield, VA August 2019: Author Update – I did not think of Stuart’s Wednesday Photo when I took my bird photos, but when I got home and edited – this silver tone and old school vibe reminded me of his beautiful postHERE
Do you remember that I had a few more comics share from Linda Arthur Tejera?
Well – here is the bird one:
And that reminds me….
I missed last week’s Lens-Artists’ #61 challenge. So here is an image I was going to share for theme of Precious Pets (here)
Precious Pets: Sir Steven Paul and Commodore Cody (c. 2007)

Thanks for stopping by –

Hi – that bottle was not mine – but that is a good question – refund for sure.
and I just updated this post and linked your blog – I meant to do it when I whipped out the post (and I still need to link Linda – but I ran out of time)
anyhow, when I got home and edited my bird photos – it made me think of your bird photo (the Finding Breakfast one here) and so photo number two was kind of inspired by you….
Great post, Yvette. I love the heron pictures – excellent shots – and of the cute dogs. Like everyone else, I love the no-chew deterrent – so funny! Not a good advert for the product! And anyone who’s ever been owned by a cat will recognise the shop pic – it’s our two felines down to a T. 🙂
Thanks Esme… for the nice comment feedback and for the link –
that reminds me that there is a nice way to leave a link – and that is the way you did it – to share and connect –
I’m glad you agree, I know some people do it in quite a demanding fashion, and it can be quite rude. I am rude, but in a Carry On Blogging sense rather than with bad manners, which is one of my bug bears (hides the miffed looking bear covered in ladybirds) – esme doing the odd spot of stand up upon the Cloud x

and here is one last pet comic to share – I meant to share it with Tina last week and thought of it now — because of the clouds… and the woof….
🙂
Photographer Artist Philosopher Labor Location is a purpose anagram of collaboration which seeks to place collaboration in one instance as a labor of photographing or the actions that constitute photgraphing and of course these actions are determined by movement or charm with its reference to the body and bodies which in a changing private public sphere enact an ethical dimension. The second instance of collaboration is the results of photographing which in general will be street photography and the collaboration between photographer and camera. You could say that it is a proccess performance.
😀 Love the No Chew Deterrent!!

I will stay away from the dogs seeing how the chew and heed the advice of the cat instead. This post is not for the birds 🐦 great shots.

Oooooh, I love those Heron photographs! Beautifully done, one rarely sees them as silhouettes and I think they’ve got the perfect profile for it.
‘Sir Steven Paul and Commodore Cody’ – *heart thumps* I’m a dog gal, great names, and a beautiful pair. Here’s mine . . .
