Great shots and thanks for the tip Haha! I knew padded bras were good for something. 😄

Hi Janet – those bras can be backup if there is a shortage of masks and t.p.
lol
Hope you Have a great day my friend

I haven’t used bras, I think they would impede my breathing too much, but I used my fabric stash to make several to wear when I go through the airport and on the plane.

Ahhh – I forgot you sew – and likely make some great masks.
And there are a lot of memes going around with this Virus

Beautiful city scenes. Now I have visions of turning my bras into face masks! 🙂

Very interesting captures. The first one is strange that the birds lined up like that. They looked like they are surrounding the person intentionally.

Hi Yc – so many ways to read that photo – I like the description you gave

I like those street shots – especially the first one with the homeless folks and the pigeons gathered around. Surely the pigeons weren’t hoping for a food handout – were they just curious birds? I like the cartoon and I have a few bras that look just like that, and the underwires will ensure a snug fit over my mouth and nose – I haven’t worn them since my working days. Thanks for the tip Yvette.

Hi Linda – the bra joke was a social media meme going around – and seems less funny now that the social distancing has been going on for so long-
And sorry for my delayed reply – but as you know I was on blog pause –
Anyhow
I do have some photos of the birds being fed by the homeless – I will let you know when I share it (along with my Woodstock post I need to get to)
Anyhow – hope you are having a nice end to April and ttys

And it seems the social distancing will go on longer – our Governor guarantees it Yvette. I am sure 2020 will not be normal in any aspect from all I hear. I knew you were on a blog pause – while you have been gone, it seems that there has been more writing, and more frequent writing. I can’t keep up anymore as hard as I try. People have more time on their hands, so are writing more – you are now refreshed and ready to take on the day. I am glad to see April end with its wacky weather. We’ve had high winds for weeks and rain, some snow. Unusual weather, but I’ve still gotten out to walk, hoping to reach my goal in eight more months.

The first shot speaks volumes. The pigeons look as if they’re acting as a barrier.

They really do seem to be a barrier – and also right at home – merci and ttys

That first image with the pigeons . . just wow.
As for the bra solution to Corona? I guess it works just fine, any way you size it up.

Great street photography. Did you wear the bra out?

Hi – the image is not mine – just one that was going around on social media – I would never wear one as a mask – hahaha

I hope it didn’t come to the point where you would have to, Yvette!

Those bra pictures are hilarious! It can be a mask and an entire face cover…
And I always wondered about the smoke coming through the ground grates in NYC.
Hope you are having a blessed week! Take care.

Lovely set of shots, Y. They all have a touch of grimness about that. I really like that second last shot with the plume of smoke (fog?) in the middle. Good timing with that one. Hope you are well and safe. Take care.
